Patrade is experiencing positive development, with significant growth for several consecutive years and a record profit in the financial year just ended. At the same time, the company has made substantial investments in digital development, both within Online Brand Protection and in the broader digitalisation and streamlining of the business.
With Anders Isaksson joining as a new partner, Patrade is now also strengthening its focus on business development and the strategic development of the company’s IP offering to the market.

It is therefore important that we continuously strengthen our partnership with competencies that can help develop our business and ensure that we can scale effectively. Anders brings solid experience in strategic client advisory in an international context, as well as a strong understanding of both our clients’ businesses and developments in the IP market,” says Annette Bach, CEO and Managing Partner at Patrade.
Throughout his career, Anders has worked with a broad portfolio of clients – from smaller businesses to international corporations – within areas including consumer goods, audio/video technology, healthcare and certification. He has both run his own IP consultancy and led teams in larger companies as well as law and IP firms. Most recently, he was Business Development Lead at AWA.
“I have always believed that IP advice is about more than law – it is about understanding our clients’ businesses. I see this development accelerating in the market right now, and that was one of the reasons I chose to join Patrade as a partner. Here, I have a genuine ownership stake and the opportunity to help shape Patrade’s future direction,” says Anders Isaksson.
As a European Patent and Design Attorney and certified UPC Representative before the Unified Patent Court, Anders has a strong professional foundation. His experience ranges from building and managing IP portfolios to advising clients strategically on how IP and IPR can support their businesses.
“Together with our existing management team and partners, Anders will help further develop Patrade, ensuring that we remain relevant to our clients in an IP market that is constantly changing. His combination of professional expertise, commercial understanding and experience in business development strongly supports the direction in which we are moving,” says Annette Bach.
Anders joined Patrade on 3 August and is based at the company’s Copenhagen office.
