Anette Bach comes from a position as CEO in the communications industry where she headed up the transformation of Datagraf from a graphics production house into OTW, today a full-service content agency. Annette also previously served as managing director of MediaCom Aarhus.
“The appointment of Annette Bach will enable us to continue the very positive process of change which our company is currently undergoing. Her experience and personality are what it takes to succeed in this job,” says Patrade chairman Finn Kjærgaard, and he adds:
“Patrade’s management is currently implementing an ambitious strategy, a task requiring deep organisational and management insights. With her experience and solid understanding of management and corporate culture, Annette will be able to actively support the changes and the process currently in progress. I’m confident that together with the rest of our management team and our owners, she’ll be instrumental in executing our new strategy.”

Annette Bach will join Patrade on 20 September 2021. She replaces Benny B. Laursen, who will resign on 31 July to devote his time to board duties. Charlotte Rask Boddum, partner at Patrade, will serve as interim CEO during the transition period.
