Jonas Rubien has joined Patrade’s office in Aalborg. He is already a familiar face in Northern Jutland, having previously worked at HjulmandKaptain in Frederikshavn and Aalborg, where he served as Head of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Additionally, he has experience from the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, where he worked as an associate in the trademarks and design department.
Jonas has extensive litigation experience and has handled numerous court cases over the years, with a particular focus on trademark and product imitation disputes.
“We are incredibly pleased to welcome a new partner with specialist knowledge and extensive practical experience in intellectual property law and litigation. We are currently experiencing high demand, and therefore, it is a great advantage to bring in someone who can provide high-level advisory services from day one,” says Charlotte Rask Boddum, Partner and Head of Patrade’s office in Aalborg.
Jonas Rubien holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Aalborg University and graduated in 2015.
With Jonas Rubien’s arrival, Patrade Aalborg now has a total of 29 employees. He will be part of a group of 10 partners.
Jonas is 34 years old and lives in Nørresundby with his partner and their three-year-old daughter.
