Søren Rehné has served on Patrade’s board since 2022. Now, he joins as a partner to build on the successful progress he has contributed to over the past three years and to drive the company’s digital transformation and development of data-driven solutions.
Rehné boasts an impressive track record as the founder of several successful software companies – including Flightlogger, which was named a Gazelle company five years in a row before he sold it in 2022. Today, he leads the software company Somebody, another Gazelle company he founded. Over the years, he has also advised and developed digital solutions for global brands such as Adobe, Apple, Nike, and Time Inc.
“During his three years on our board, Søren’s contributions have far exceeded expectations. He has not only provided strategic input but has also actively engaged in business development. He spearheaded a significant strengthening of our Online Brand Protection team, where his IT expertise and business acumen – particularly his experience in scaling SaaS solutions – have made a major impact. Combined with our high ambitions for digital development overall, this is why he is now joining our ownership group,” says CEO and Managing Partner Annette Bach.
