Torben Nord is part of our team in Copenhagen. As a European Patent Attorney, he advises on IP strategy and patenting processes. He can also assist with everything from prior art searches and patentability assessments of new inventions to drafting and filing patent applications, responding to official patent office reports, patent grants, oppositions, and patent litigation.
His experience includes nine years at the Danish Patent and Trademark Office and, most recently, 26 years as Principal Patent Attorney at Novo Nordisk.
Torben holds an engineering degree in mechanics from DIA/DTU and has been a European Patent Attorney since 2015.
