Thomas Kruse Lie

Thomas is driven by a passion to help those around him, and he takes great pride in securing and defending our clients’ rights against infringements, as effectively as possible – and to mitigate situations, where others feel infringed.

Thomas advises on the establishment and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with particular emphasis on trademarks and design rights.

Despite his young age, he is already authorised to represent clients before the High Court of Denmark, where he has successfully represented several of our clients.

Thomas advises on rights portfolios, including management and cost optimisation. He also works in the fields of copyright, contracts, licence agreements and marketing.

Thomas also teaches intellectual property law to law students at Aalborg University.

Thomas holds an LLM.
