Simon Gjern Pedersen

Simon advises on the establishment, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with particular emphasis on trademarks and design rights. He also works on various issues relating to copyright and marketing law and helps draft and review contracts.

Prior to joining our firm, Simon had built experience in advisory services and case management within marketing law and consumer law, and he is always updated on the latest guidelines and case law in the field.

Simon holds an LLM from Aarhus University, specialised in special protection of well-known trademarks.
