Nicolai holds an LLM from Aalborg University and has been a steady part of our legal team since completing his degree in 2022.
He works with a clear focus on safeguarding and strengthening companies’ rights – from establishing and managing trademark and design rights to advising on copyright matters.
He also advises start-ups and SMEs on IP strategy, helping them make the right decisions in the early and often decisive stages.
In addition, Nicolai works with marketing law issues and litigation, contributing an analytical and solution-oriented approach.
