Leif Nielsen

Leif has worked with patents for more than 30 years and has extensive experience in areas such as mechanics, machine technology, paper technology, plastics technology and cleantech.

Through his long career in the patent industry, Leif has gained extensive experience with patent application drafting, commercialisation of intellectual property rights, especially through licensing and litigation in Denmark and abroad, infringement assessments, IP strategy, opposition and appeal cases before the EPO, freedom-to-operate analyses, IP management, assistance in connection with litigation and patentability assessments.

Leif holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, specialising in production management.
