Lasse has worked with IP for the past nine years as part of our Patents team. He has a solid client portfolio, providing advice on IP strategy and patenting processes. He has in-depth knowledge of patent legislation and extensive experience within patent applications, database searches, novelty searches, patent surveillance and prosecution with patent authorities in Europe, the United States, China and Canada.
He has passed the Patent Litigation in Europe-course at CEIPI (Centre d'Études Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle), and he has the European Patent Litigation Certificate (EPLC), meaning he is allowed to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court.
Lasse holds an MSc in Physics from Aarhus University, specialising in time-resolved photoluminescence of thin films capable of upconverting infrared light. The aim was to improve efficiency in solar cells.
