Jonas Rubien

Jonas is a partner and attorney based at our Aalborg office.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and began his career in 2015 at the Danish Patent and Trademark Office in the trademarks and design department. His primary responsibilities included handling trademark applications, with a particular focus on assessing distinctiveness and conflicting trademarks.

He later joined a law firm, where he specialized in intellectual property law for over nine years and gained extensive litigation experience. In 2021, he was granted the right to appear before the High Courts and also served as Head of IPR. His litigation work has primarily involved product imitation and trademark infringement cases.
