She focuses on delivering solutions that are both legally robust and commercially sustainable. Birgitte has a broad legal profile with particular strengths in intellectual property law, marketing law, and data protection.
Accustomed to handling complex challenges – she advises on IP strategy and brand protection, compliance, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution – always with a focus on the client’s reality and business objectives. She holds an LLM from Aarhus University and a Master of Business Law from the University of Southern Denmark.
