Anne-Sofie Kjeldbjerg Hilligsøe

Anne-Sofie is an attorney with rights of audience before the Danish High Courts and a member of our legal team in Aalborg.

She advises both Danish and international companies on the protection and prosecution of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, designs, copyright and marketing law.

Anne-Sofie has a particular focus on optimising companies’ IP portfolios and developing strategies for the protection and commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights.

She also assists clients in complex and precedent-setting litigation concerning the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Anne-Sofie has extensive litigation experience and has represented clients in a number of cases before the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court, primarily involving product imitation as well as trademark and design infringement.

Anne-Sofie is known for her structured and analytical approach to complex IP matters and for her ability to communicate legal knowledge clearly and in a practical manner to clients and business partners.

She holds a Master of Laws from Aarhus University, obtained in 2020.
