Niels Henrik Gregersen is orginally trained as an electrician and has subsequently become a B.Sc. (Elec. Eng.) from the Engineering College of Aarhus. Niels Henrik is also a European Patent Attorney and a European Trade Mark- & Design Attorney.
Niels Henrik has extensive experience within areas such as mechanics, process technology and electronics.
Niels Henrik has worked with patents since 1970, including 16½ years at Jysk Patentbureau and later by founding and working up Aarhus Patentkontor for 12½ years. Niels Henrik has since January 1990 worked as a European Patent Attorney, since April 1996 worked as a European Trade Mark Attorney and has since July 2003 worked as a European Design Attorney.
Niels Henrik has obtained a very extensive experience with patents, including drafting of patent applications, infringement assessments, patentability assessments, freedom to operate analyses, IPR-due diligence, opposition and appeal cases before the EPO, legal assistance during litigation and planning of patenting strategies.
Niels Henrik is a member of a number of different organisations: EPI (60810), ECTA (2153), ECTA Design Committee, LES Scandinavia, FICPI, The Association of Danish Patent Agents, The Danish section of AIPPI and Association of IP-rights.
