Mette primarily provides counselling in relation to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including litigation. Mettes focus is trade mark and design protection.
In addition to this, Mette assists with the negotiation and preparation of contracts.
Mette has a master’s degree of law (LL.M) from Aarhus University and has previously been employed as an attorney-at-law by a larger law firm. Mette has international experience as she has been stationed at a law firm in New Zealand. She has also studied abroad and she has participated in the internationally renowned arbitration competition “Vis Moot”.
Furthermore, Mette is a lecturer in contract law at Aarhus University.
