Anders Isaksson

Anders is partner and part of our Copenhagen office and patent department.

He has partnered with a portfolio of small to international clients — from consumer goods and audio/video technology to healthcare and certification.

Anders brings over 18 years of experience in intellectual property, most recently as Business Development Lead.

Anders is a qualified European Patent and Design Attorney, a certified UPC Representative before the Unified Patent Court, and has run his own IP practice as well as led teams within larger firms and in-house — giving him a grounded, practical perspective on what clients need at every stage, from first invention disclosure through portfolio management and enforcement.

Beyond client work, Anders is active in the wider IP community: he serves as Vice Chair of epi’s IP Commercialization Committee and on the board of FICPI Sweden, contributing to industry dialogue on topics ranging from IP valuation to evidentiary standards in patent disputes. His contributions to the field have been recognised externally, with repeated listings in the IAM Patent 1000 and inclusion in the IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders 2026.

He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, an M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Intellectual Property Law and Management (LLM).
