Fixed total price for validation of a European patent in Denmark.

We can offer a fixed total price of Euro 1,050.00 for validation of your European patent in Denmark, if

• your patent is in English, or we receive an English translation of the description as granted, preferably as an MS Word file.
• the claims do not exceed 800 words of source text.
• the total number of pages to be published is maximum 35 pages.

This price includes translation of claims into Danish, payment of official fee, and our charge.
All we need for handling your validation order is the European patent number and an MS Word file of the patent description in English.

If the number of words in the claims exceeds 800 words, the validation price will be Euro 1,050.00 plus a translation charge of Euro 0.40 per word for words in excess of 800 words.
If the official DK/EP publication exceeds 35 pages, the total price per additional page will be Euro 25.00, including official fee and our charge.
