Our business philosophy is to think differently and along new and more client-oriented lines. In this way we have grown from being a local patent attorney's office in Aarhus to a large national ipr consultancy with a main office in Aarhus in barely 15 years.

About us

It is a lifestyle of Patrade to think differently and along new and more client-oriented lines. That’s how, in less than 15 years, we grew from being a local patent attorney’s office in Aarhus to a major, internationally oriented ipr consultancy.

Patrade was founded in 1995 by Mr. Leif L. Nielsen. The office had a good start and was soon established as a highly qualified consultant to small as well as large companies.
 

Major consultancy

Today, after merging with three other patent and trade mark agencies in 1999, 2001 and 2008, Patrade is one of the major Danish consultancies within the area of Intellectual Property Rights.

We provide customized assistance in all aspects of ipr to both domestic and international clients. Therefore, a large number of ipr attorneys choose to cooperate with Patrade, the local expert who has the advantage of being familiar with current national legislation and procedures.
